Looptopia -- great start for a Chicago Summer!
Music filled the air, crowds lined the streets, and one more Chicago summer is set to begin.
The first all-night cultural and artistic celebration held in the US took place here in Chicago
on Friday, May 11, 2007.
The temperature was all but majestic but that didn't stop people from
